I’ve been playing WoW for years, and it never ceases to crack me up when someone makes some comment on Trade chat that ‘no real women play WoW, they’re all guys’. Er, sorry to disappoint. There are gamer geek females out there.
I happen to be both a gamer geek and tech geek.
I run a guild on the Velen server called <Family Ties>, and I play on several other servers. No, I’m not suicidal enough to want to run more than one guild – I’m perfectly happy letting other people do that on different servers: one is quite enough for me.
Even though I’m a female writing about my WoW adventures, it’s not all about just being a female. A lot of what I write about is just about being a gamer. Maybe after a while, guys will get the hint that female or male… lots of people love to play WoW.
